Eclipse Group<\/strong> (of \u201cEclipse\u201d) is een Nederlandse hosted managed services provider die een \u201cCCM-as-a-Service\u201d-platform aanbiedt, samen met bijbehorende diensten. Deze diensten omvatten integratie, maatwerk of specifieke IT-ontwikkeling, evenals hosting- en onderhoud.<\/p>\n

Sinds 2019 ontwikkelen ze hun Customer Communications Management as a Service (CCMaaS)-platform. Het CCMaaS-platform is een robuuste, multi-tenant, zeer schaalbare en full-service SaaS-applicatie, momenteel in productie op de Nederlandse markt bij enkele grote klanten.<\/p>\n

Aspire<\/strong>, een wereldwijd analyse- en marktonderzoeksbureau in de CCM- en CXM-industrie, analyseert en rangschikt softwareleveranciers in regelmatig bijgewerkte interactieve online grids, het Aspire Leaderboard genoemd. Eclipse is onlangs uitgeroepen tot Leader op het Leaderboard<\/a> in de 2023 Communications Experience Platform (CXP) en CCM-CXM Implementation Services (CIS) grids.<\/p>\n

Het Aspire Leaderboard laat ook zien dat Eclipse onlangs een aantal strategische veranderingen heeft ondergaan en zich richt op innovatieve aspecten van CXM, zoals de investering en creatie van een eigen intelligente formulierenoplossing die flexibele, veilige en gebruiksvriendelijke mogelijkheden voor gegevensverzameling biedt op basis van wachtwoordloze authenticatie, gebruik makend van magic links. Er zijn ook zeer interessante ontwikkelingen op het gebied van kunstmatige intelligentie wat kan worden ingezet voor migratieprojecten, contentcreatie, vertaling encustomer journey building.<\/p>\n

\u201cTijdens onze evaluatie van Eclipse waren we onder de indruk van de kracht van het CCM-cloudplatform, met name de mogelijkheid om in zowel single-tenant als multi-tenant SaaS-modus te draaien, gebaseerd op een combinatie van eigen technologie\u00ebn en technologie\u00ebn van derden, terwijl het tegelijkertijd een flexibele oplossing die kan worden aangepast aan de behoeften van zakelijke klanten\u201d<\/em>, zegt Kaspar Roos, CEO en oprichter van Aspire. \u201cEclipse blijkt een ambitieuze speler te zijn die klaar is voor verdere expansie.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
