CCM-software stelt organisaties in staat om grote volumes en on-demand gepersonaliseerde communicatie, zoals brieven, facturen, polissen, contracten en klantcorrespondentie, te ontwerpen, beheren en leveren vanaf \u00e9\u00e9n gecentraliseerd cloudgebaseerd platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"CCM<\/p>\n

Binnen ons CCM as a Service<\/strong> platform kan alle klantcommunicatie via alle denkbare kanalen worden ingericht en uitgevoerd te beginnen bij het inrichten van templates en het opmaken van de benodigde content. Middels scenario management<\/strong><\/a> kan de omnichannel communicatie journey worden ingericht welke gebruik maakt van de beschikbare templates en content. Vervolgens zorgt de production engine ervoor dat de journey wordt uitgevoerd en alle communicatie via de juiste kanalen wordt verstuurd.<\/p>\n

Additioneel kan de Customer Journey Mapping<\/strong> module binnen het platform worden gebruikt. Hiermee kan een end-to-end customer journey in kaart worden gebracht en gemonitord. Omdat deze gekoppeld is aan het CCM platform kan met behulp van live data de journey worden gemonitord.
